Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and a small restocking fee may apply to help us maintain our sustainable operations.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and carefully pack your ceramics in their original boxes, ensuring there is plenty of protective padding to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive an automated email tracking the progress of your return.
Quality Review and Refund
Our team will inspect the returned items at our warehouse, and once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
