What makes East Fork pottery unique?
All our ceramics are made from regional clay found in the American South and fired in gas kilns. This process creates subtle variations in glaze and texture, meaning every piece is one-of-a-kind.
Is your dinnerware microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, all East Fork pottery is designed for daily use and is safe for both the dishwasher and microwave. However, avoid sudden extreme temperature changes to prevent thermal shock.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For 'Seconds' sales or pre-order items, please refer to the specific lead times listed on the product page.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that 'Seconds' and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve our international community in the near future.
What should I do if my items arrive damaged?
While we pack our ceramics with extreme care, breakages can happen. Please email a photo of the damaged item and the shipping box to our support team within 48 hours for a free replacement.
